The Breath of Life

How many ways are there to share an Attunement? I say it is unlimited. While two or more may share Attunement through a hands-on session, there is more to Attunement. In my Attunement classes and courses I teach that Attunement is not only a hands-on experience, but also a lifestyle, a way of living whereby the radiation of Love is released into the circumstance or situation one is handling. Attunement is really about expressing the radiation of Love in all that we feel, think, say, and do without concerns for results.

In Uranda's Seven Steps To The Temple of Light step seven says, "The Secret of the All is the Secret of Love, and only he (or she) who Loves is able to understand Love.The Way of Love is Love." How true are these words. Dr. Masaru Emoto, a Japanese scientist who has written the book, The Hidden Messages in Water, has created a "World Day of Love and Thanks to Water" in July of each year. Dr. Emoto recognizes the significance relative to our intentions of thanksgiving and feelings of love as they impact the world in and around us; the water on the planet covers 80% of the Earth and makes up 65-70% of human body weight. By what means can I let the radiation of Love emerge through my living?

In Attunement the pineal gland (seventh seal) is the contact point for the presence of the "spirit of Love" in the body. The radiation of Love moves through this gland into the body, bathing and imbuing the body's tissues with the vibration and substance of Love such that the body and the body's pneumaplasmic/energy field may serve Love's purposes. How does this process work?

The third ventricle of the brain is where the endocrine system, the chakra system and the nervous system work together for the physiological balance of the body. The third ventricle also contains both the pituitary (forward and hanging down) and pineal glands (at the back and pointed up). This ventricle is shaped like a hollow and flattened doughnut with a solid hub at the center created by the tissues of the hypothalamus, thalamus and basal ganglia. I mention this physiology to illustrate the process by which the vibration of Love bathes and imbues the fluids of the body. Cerebral Spinal Fluid (CSF) enters the third ventricle through openings in the front part of its roof. Science tells us that this fluid tends to circulate (spirals) around the solid hub like that of a dynamo. The Creator's Magic is performed within this fluid – the pineal (love) enters into union with the pituitary (womb) and the vibration of Life is imbued into the CSF fluid as it circulates. The Life-energized CSF touches all of the sensitive tissues in the brain. [Many Bible Scholars as well as those in the CranioSacral Therapy world question as to where the "Breath of Life" comes from – this is how it transpires.] In an immediate and domino-like fashion the CSF with the spirit of Life in it moves through the whole brain, in places like the fourth ventricle where the nerve centers for digestion, elimination, homeostasis, breathing, blood circulation, etc. are located.

Michael Kern DO, ND, in his book, Wisdom Of The Body, in the section on mind and body, says, "Our psychological states have a critical influence on the physiology of the central nervous system.If these psychological patterns are habitualized, the tissues of the central nervous system may become structurally organized accordingly. As a result, more permanent organic changes may take place. It is thought that particular psychological states can produce particular effects. For example, Stanley Keleman [Emotional Anatomy] suggested that fear inhibits the brain, rage makes it over-active, sadness shrinks the brain, and defiance hardens it." (pg 52)

Living in Attunement brings a different vibration and energy to the brain and nervous system; it brings Life initiated by the presence of Love.

From the head (the heaven of the body), the fluids bring the vibration of Life to the body (the earth of the body) via connective tissue – fascia, etc. Again, from Wisdom Of The Body, "Connective tissues, too, are largely comprised of fluid. Connective tissue is formed of hollow collagen and elastin fibres which are meshed together in sheets. These fibres are contained within a ground substance, made up of fluid. The fluid ground substance can vary in density from being quite watery to having a thicker, more gel-like state. A variety of different tissue types are formed, dependent on the fluidic nature of the ground substance, and the quantity and arrangement of collagen and elastin fibres." (pg 79)

Below is an exercise that I use in sharing Attunement with myself, with another person, and on occasion in a group setting, all for letting the radiation of Love fill the human capacities.
